The need for sustainable development is widely accepted and now considered to be a crucial part of planning, developing and operating buildings. As regulations are becoming more demanding, and owners and occupiers expectations increase, opportunities to enhance property values by providing higher performance buildings are emerging. To gain higher performance all aspects of a development
must be considered, from a building’s location and orientation to the quality of the land on which
it is built, from the procurement of construction materials to the long term efficiency of the finished
structure.
Our approach to sustainability is not to separate it from our other services, but to embed it in all that we do. The MLM Sustainability Team specialises in providing professional consultancy services to the construction industry. We offer a range of services to our clients and can offer specific levels of service to suit the requirements of our clients.
