Quality Statement
“The MLM Group recognise that as a practice supplying engineering and construction consultancy services, they must ensure that its operations are carried out to the highest standards practised in the industry.
To assist in achieving this aim, the directors have decided that all MLM companies shall operate in such a way that they meet the requirements of a formal quality system conforming to BS EN ISO 9001 : 2000 whilst meeting statutory and regulatory requirements.
A Quality Management System comprising this Quality Manual, together with Operational Procedures, has been produced to cover the scope of work carried out by the practices. All staff are required to carry out their assigned tasks in accordance with the procedures 
defined in the Quality Management System and to the best professional practices.
Training and instruction will be provided to personnel at all levels, as required, to enable them to carry out their duties fully in accordance with the Quality Management System.”
