With over 40 years experience the MLM Group has three operating companies offering a complete engineering and building control consultancy package to clients in both the private and public sector.

Working on a national basis we are one of the largest regionally based consulting engineering practices with offices at Ipswich, Cambridge, Chelmsford, Norwich, Ashford and London. Our extensive experience in building and infrastructure schemes, our network of offices and our committed and professional teams give us the ability to facilitate a wide range of clients’ requirements from feasibility through design to site supervision of the works.

Clients’ requirements in appointing professional advisers are fundamental. Our aim is to not only match but to exceed those requirements and expectations. We are committed to continuous improvement and strive to provide personal attention, value for money and to produce good quality work under ISO 9001 certification.

Quality Statement

The MLM Group recognise that as a practice supplying engineering and construction consultancy services, they must ensure that its operations are carried out to the highest standards practised in the industry.

To assist in achieving this aim, the directors have decided that all MLM companies shall operate in such a way that they meet the requirements of a formal quality system conforming to BS EN ISO 9001 : 2000 whilst meeting statutory and regulatory requirements.

A Quality Management System comprising this Quality Manual, together with Operational Procedures, has been produced to cover the scope of work carried out by the practices. All staff are required to carry out their assigned tasks in accordance with the procedures defined in the Quality Management System and to the best professional practices.

Training and instruction will be provided to personnel at all levels, as required, to enable them to carry out their duties fully in accordance with the Quality Management System.
